Application
All persons of legal age must fill out a separate and complete application. There is a $30 application processing fee that must accompany each completed form. (I.e. two adults, two completed application forms, two $30 application processing fees).
The forms must be complete, signed and dated in order for us to process them.
Mail the completed form(s) along with the processing fee(s) to: Acorn Court Apartments, 100 Acorn Court, Scotts Valley, CA 95066.
